    Precise Measurement and Adjustment for High-speed Railway and Turnout

    Chongqing Amberg has 4 sets of Amberg GRP1000 IMS Track Geometry Measurement Trolleys, 12 sets of GRP1000, 16 sets of Leica TS50, TS16, TS15, TCRP1201 total stations, 2 registered surveyors, 12 senior and intermediate engineers, 45 professional technicians, 10 groups of professional track precise adjustment service teams, make perfect management and safety standards, undertake 1000km track precise measurement and 300km track precise adjustment projects every year. Since the establishment of the company, Chongqing Amberg complete the undertaking project with best quality and quantity, during which no one safety accident occurs.

    In recent years, the company has undertaken the following railway track precise measurement projects:

    At present, the company is undertaking the following precise measurement and adjustment projects:

    Performance Introduction:

     In 2015, we took over the track precise measurement for Hunan section of Shanghai-Kunming passenger railway line (Xinhua to Huaihua section: 226km). In this project, our company organized 10 track survey groups, provided 11 sets of Amberg GRP1000 trolleys, cooperated with Zhuzhou high-speed railway and Zhangjiajie sections of Guangzhou Railway Group, made precise measurement for unballast track and turnout and issued adjustment scheme. 

    From 2015 to 2016, we took over the precise measurement from Kaili to Panzhou, which belongs to Guizhou section of Shanghai-Kunming passenger railway line, and is about 478km. Acrossing the eastern and western section of Guizhou, the surveyors shuttle through the high-speed rail lines in mountainous areas. On the basis of ensuring the safety of surveyors and strictly controlling the quality of precision measurement, and with the cooperation of the Guiyang high-speed railway section and Kaili section of Chengdu Railway Administration, we completed the static precision survey of unballast track and the defects elimination of dynamic detection vehicle on time. For the first time, the Swiss Amberg GRP1000 IMS Track Geometry Measurement System was introduced, and which is used for precise measurement and adjustment of ballast track in the project. The precision and efficiency of the measurement is 4 ~ 5 times that of the traditional GRP1000, and is widely approved by the relevant units.

     In 2017, we took over the precise measurement project of single line 540km track between Chongqing West Railway Station and Guiyang North Railway Station. Our company is responsible for the precise measurement of unballast and ballast track of Chongqing-Guiyang Railway, formulate the scheme for unballast track precise adjustment and ballast track tamping, cooperate with Chongqing section, Guiyang section, Chengdu section of Chengdu Railway Administration to finish the adjustment and tamping works.

    ◆ From September 2016 to now, our company has set up a professional precise adjustment management and technical team to undertake a number of precise measurement and adjustment works for high-speed railway tracks and turnouts, such as the Liaoning & Hebei section of Beijing-Shenyang passenger line, Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway, and Haerbin-Mudanjiang passenger railway line, to overcome the low temperature environment and roadbed frost swelling in northeast China.
